Desk Copies
Titles from Cormorant Books are perfectly matched for college and university course-adoptions. If you are a college instructor or university professor who feels our unique and exciting fiction and non-fiction titles from well-respected authors may be suitable for you and your students please see below for guidelines on requesting desk-copy(s).

Desk Copy Policy: Cormorant Books will provide 1 (one) complimentary desk copy for every 30 students enrolled to a maximum of 3 desk copies per course. Additional copies may be purchased from the publisher for a discount of 40% off list price or may be ordered through your bookstore.

Examination Copy Policy: Cormorant Books will provide examination copies (a maximum of 3 titles per year) to college or university professors seeking titles to review for course adoption consideration. Please submit your request on college or university letterhead stating the name and ISBN of the title. You must also state the course name and number, course start date (semester), anticipated enrolment, and the book currently in use. Please make your request through the online form.

Once you have examined a book, Cormorant requests that you complete our examination copy evaluation form, which is available online or as a PDF that can be printed out and mailed or faxed to us. Please be advised that examination copies will be provided at the publisher’s discretion.
